Hi, Lt Gen Moore's are not easy to find - the Army doesn't have his Bio listed that I could find. I did find he has the Distinguished Service Cross, Distinguishe Service Medal, Bronze Star w/2OLC, Purple Heart, and the Air Medal -9 times. Will keep looking though. Still working on Sgt Major Plumley. Ron
Ralph, Way cool medals! Since the SVA crimps my collecting US military medals (certain ones), I may just have to see about these Masonic and KT medals. Ron
Greetings all, Here is an analysis that was posted on the OMSA forum regarding the Stolen Valor Act. I guess the FBI needs a real job, so we U.S. collectors are the new targets. Ron SVA_Analysis_1__1.doc

Got this in today's news: On Wednesday, December 20, 2006 the President signed into law: S. 1998, the "Stolen Valor Act of 2005," which expands criminal penalties for fraud relating to military decorations and medals; Make it real tough on US collectors. Ron
Hi, Fairly new here and I'm glad to be here. Love reading through the many interesting threads. Anybody out there have any info on Operation Eagle Claw (the U.S. Iranian Hostage Rescue Mission) from April 24-25 1980. I was deployed to Wadi Kena AB, Egypt with KC-135 Tankers in suppodrt of this operation. Ron
FireMedals, Right you are - Jos Mayer & Bros stamped on reverse. Also, it has a gold colored open-catch pin back. The back ribbon drape is attached and stitched on both sides, but it appears to be a one piece ribbon. Thanks again, Ron
