    1. I have an officers tunic from a K/L, Mr. Max Euteneuer, (Surgeon) he was serving with the supply ship "Ermland" which was stationed in Nantes, France in March 1941... My understanding is that the Ermland was due to meet the Bismarck at some point but never made it, however it did supply the Scharnhorst and Gneisenau before... I obtained his service records from the Deutsche Dienststelle in Berlin many years ago and I hope that he survived the war...
    2. Here is my cap, any idea how to restore the gold leaf without damaging the cap? my other hats below also...
    3. Absolutely beautiful stuff! Here are some of my things...
    4. I just have found through a collector/dealer a pair of small tags apparently removed from the Graf Spee mounted on small section of wood.... Now you would tell me, how to verify the authenticity and what value does it have? The only thing I know is that the British removed a great deal of equipment during the war and this piece was obviously a souvenir... I can also tell you that this piece was acquired in Argentina along with a document of a sailor named Kurt Loeper interned in Martin Garcia Island from that ship, though unrelated... The plates read as follows... PLATE 1 Cartridge extractor f. 28 cm Hulsen cartridges PLATE 2 76 For ventilation Ventilation control lever in closed position The second plate might have something to do with the armament, but I'm not sure... If anyone has any other additional information as to what it could be I would appreciate it... Thank you.
    5. If anyone can help, I am searching for another crew member, Herbert krueger interned in Argentina... His rank may be Masch. OGefr. Any information regarding his fate welcome. Thank you.
