    1. He's back....................... http://shop.ebay.de/merchant/militariahandela-zab1870
    2. No-he's not selling the pictures, there's not a single word about pics! He has simply stolen some pics and is offering the items.and It's of course not the african Gentleman whos passport is shown at his "mich" page.....the account is listened as "professional" with all the consequenses! The people behind all that Ebay accounts(remember the fraud with the Willhelm medal bar) are known, but it looks like that they can do what ever they want! One account was running on the name of the 7 year old son of one of the suspects. He's also trying to play his game at Militaria.de and other auction places........ Micha
    3. Have a look at this ****er! Again under a new account! http://shop.ebay.de/merchant/mafana88
    4. After looking at the pin for a while and a one to one comparison to my vaulted one I come to the result that your observation is correct! The pin is a replacement, but it fits very good in the hinge. I will try to make some pics later....anyway,now I have to look for a propper flat one ! Micha
    5. About the stamping you are right.I haven't seen too many of them-with "flatback I've meant the "non pillowback" variation! This one is vaulted,too!But.......... have a look at this one! Strange pin, totally flat, relief hallmark and the same connection between the 1 and the 9. The frame is silvered brass! And to make the confusion complete-a pillowback. From the poor quality of the cross I would put it into the 20ies... Micha
    6. This one is new in my collection-AWS flatbacks are nothing spectacular, but maker marked they are not so easy to find! Can't tell if the "engravings/scatchings are period, but the EK is closing another gap in my collection! Micha
    7. Another hard to get Deumer..... The "11"! Micha
    8. I'm planning to go there on friday ifmy time permits. Micha
    9. I've got also one in my collection-use the forum search and you will find the pics! But they don't come very often...... Micha
    10. A very interesting piece,Mike! Unfortunately I don't have my database with me,but when I'm back home I will dig in my pictures archive to find something. But from what I can say now it's something very special! Full score,Mike! Micha
    11. Not a trend,Joe-it looks like they all come without one! I've asked some guys with big collections a while ago....no one has ever seen one of these(DOV and 800 variations) with a backplate. But that doesn't mean they don't exist, there are not so many of these around! Micha
    12. I'm a little late...but this one is a good one! Micha
    13. Richard, there's only one thing you can do.........send them to me! I'm also running out of space, but well....you can't have enough EKs! Micha
    14. This one dropped in last week-Compare it with the "Heyde C6",they could be twins. The ribbon is not original,it looks like a 1914 replacement. So what do you think? Micha
    15. This seems to be one of the few EK1 makers without half a million variations.....nice Eks by the way. Micha
    16. After looking a while at this bar I realised that I've got another one with the same medals..... I should focus more on my iron crosses! Micha
    17. Well-this is everything but not a typical "KO"! Doesn't matter what's stamped under the catch, the pin is wrong for a KO.So-im my oppinion we've got a heavy damaged "KO" with a replaced pin. Can't tell the scratchings are old or not..... Micha
