The following awards were changed to "type 2" to include a ribbon and a reverse design in line with other Defense Ministry awards. All 4 were originally established by ministerial order 538 dated 14 November 1999. NOTE: I still haven't found the ministerial order detailing these changes, any help would be appreciated! Decoration "For Service in Armoured Troops" Is now named: Decoration "For Exemplary Service in Armoured Troops"

I'm really unsure as to the ribbon being for an EK2... The photo really has a 1920s to 1930s look to it IMHO?

I'm leaning towards a Baltic state based on the shoulder thingy, ribbons and collars...

How on Earth can you wear such a set? As far as I know, all Commonwealth countries allow medals to be worn in a single row only... Would he pin one corner to his jacket and the other on his wife?
