    1. frontkampfer, Can't wait to see it. Regards, Joel
    2. Kevin, Interesting information. I own a "24" and certainly will need to keep my eye's open for a "23" . Gentlemen, very nice Crosses! Regards, Joel
    3. Gentlemen, I'm happy to report that I have just purchased this specimen which is a rare one for me. It is a wide framed, "muffin crowned", EKII with an early 1939 Spange. The maker mark appears to be a "Y" and at one point it looks as though it had another mark which I unfortunately can't make out. I haven't tried to view the maker mark on the reverse of the Spange for I want to take my time in hopes of not breaking one of the attachment prongs. Like I mentioned before, it is the first of it's kind to adorn my medal case. Your comments are always appreciated. Sorry for the blurry pictures. I'm at the point that I may have to put my already antiquated Sony Mavica out to pasture.... Regards, Joel
    4. wig4, Thanks for posting your's for comparison. Regards, Joel
    5. Fronkampfer, Well done my friend! You should have membership certificates done up like the EK Award Documents! Regards, Joel

    7. Micha, Thank you my friend! I was over in your area last March but really didn't have much time to get away from the Family to visit any of the fellow forumites. My apologies... I was over in Holzgerlingen. I wish I was there for the Stuttgart show though.. Maybe next year.... Regards, Joel
    8. Kevin, Definately an unusual and not often seen instrument used by the Luftwaffe! Thank you for posting it. Regards, Joel
    9. Subiaco, My apologies in not being able to provide you with the assistance and information you are looking for. Interesting Family History though. Help will come. Just give it some time my friend. Regards, Joel
    10. Jeff, They certainly are nice pieces and are quite decorative and I'm sure will display well. Wish I could help in giving an explaination on what is unexplained. Joel
    11. Jeff, Indeed! I love the been there and slightly tattered look. It does tell the better story in my book and certainly is an idicator of originality.
    12. Jeff, Thank you! It was literally a, "as I was walking out the door deal." I couldn't leave the show with just one item..Right? Regards, Joel
    13. David, It had been too long since I have added any crosses to my collection. It was a welcome treat yesterday to open up my Imperial Case and my TR case to add a couple more! I think I'm going to have to ask Frontkampfer for an application to become a Member of his EK Hunting Club. Regards, Joel
    14. David, Thank you as well! I was in indeed like a kid in a candystore when I realized I had another "56" in my possession. Regards, Joel
    15. Rob, You can't find one in any better condition than that one my friend! Well Done. I have to agree with Ben on his comment of these being as underestimated as they are.. They are one of the nicer looking TR Buckles in my book. Regards, Joel
