    1. Guys Thanks for the comments and compilments. It's a small collection that I hope to expand on in the future. Rich
    2. Thanks J! That P/O that I'm missing... I'm not going to find it in the mail, say sometime next week by any chance? I think perhaps you've there one of the rarest P/O badges from the entire TR series. Wow! But hey, with you I really shouldn't surprised! Rich
    3. That's everything presented. Do you think this early pilot badge is a Deumer? Does anyone have an early Deumer sales catalogue showing luftwaffe awards? Rich
    4. Next comparison to hinge. Notice the dimensions remain more or less the same for all these badges:
    5. Note the shape of the catch and the finishing to the tip of the needle... Also typical trait of Deumer is the gouged-out portion at the centre of the hinge... Here are the comparison's to marked Deumers: First, catch:
    6. Finally catch and hinge. This is where the association with Deumer comes from. Compare these with the examples from the marked Deumers in the following 2 posts.
    7. Look a lot like the early slim Juncker but yet not. Similar in design but clearly not the same. This example is very slim!
    8. You're probably familiar with this pilot badge I'm about to show. It has been identified a a Deumer piece yet it's never found with the maker mark. SO, I dug out some Deumer marked badges and made comparisons. My comparisons are all fully marked Deumer badges: Pilot Bagde FJ Badge RO/AG Badge Observer Badge First up. let's take a look at this unmarked pilot badge:
    9. Danny Looks like your sharp eye has identified what I thought was a Julius Maurer (that's the envelope it came in) is actually a '75'! Rich
    10. Pictures are not great but I'm not seeing any problems. Make sure there are no repairs especially around the catch first. Rich
    11. William It's a nice piece. Can you add some better pics of your own to show it off better? If you can, show a close up around the hinge. Rich
    12. As Tom has already stated, a well known reproduction. The original F&BL has some features visible from the obverse that help identify it before even looking at the reverse. Those are missing this and on originals the marking differnet to that shown here. Sorry. Rich
    13. Last one for now: Maker '65' (Klein & Quenzer A.G., Idar/Oberstein)
