Here is my new KM Helm. M 35, ET 64 size 57. The dome stamp is dated 1936. The decal is only 45% or so and the other was removed per orders it seems. A couple small dents, definate combat vet, named to Boyesen. I like it. byf

Outstanding! A wonderful display. Thanks. byf

Here is a display of the awards that went to our friend Willi. He was a Flak gunner on a Flakvierling in Russia. Among other places. He has some real stories to tell. He shot down 2 Sturmoviks and took out a T34. He was never awarded a Luft. Flak Badge or a Tank Destruction Award. Still, a wonderful bunch. byf

I think they only completed 20 or so A7Vs. A lesson they would learn for next time. byf

Thanks for the kind words men. WWII Soviet gear is hard to find, but this guy does look pretty good. I would love to find a WWII Telgrieka some day and a real helmet to go with it, I'll keep dreaming. byf

Thanks men, the only mark I can see is W66, it is a light strike on the last # but I think it is a 6. Too bad, I quit drinking.lol byf -
Well, I don't know if it is my best, but it is a favorite. When I look close I can see 4 colors. M 35, NS66, named to L some one, can't make it out. byf

I did upgrade the parka, kept the rest. I got the Helm cover from an old friend who got it from a trusted source. byf

OK, well, here you go. He still looks cold. Kind of covers up the rest. As I understand it they were a bit short of gear at Bastogne. byf

Well lads, here is a true labor of love. My Panzer Grenadier Schutze, NCO candidate, as he would be seen at Kursk. It took 15 years to find every thing and many upgrades. Prost! byf
