    1. hi guys, these are common and usually not very interesting, but I want to show you this one, because the condition is so good and especially because it is cased - this is the first time I ever found a cased one!! Nice box, isn't it
    2. The Bravery order is always the first one! Even if it is the simple Soldier's grade! Always the first. After the Bravery order, it goes like this: St Alexander 4th Military Merit 4th St Alexander 5th Military Merit 5th with Crown Military Merit 5th For Merit St Alexander 6th Military Merit 6th with Crown Military Merit 6th And at the end are pinned various medals like Merit, Lifesaving, war commemorative and etc etc. If there are two St Alexander orders from the same class, the one with swords is first. If there are two Military Merit orders from the same class, the one on wartime ribbon /blue/ is first /the other one is yellow-black/. If there are two For Merit from the same class, again the one on blue ribbon is first and then comes the one on red ribbon.
    3. and if you think that's all..... no, it is a removable visor model
    4. This came from the same source and most likely belonged to the same policeman! I know, this time the condition is................... but the price was symbolic, the emblems and chincord are good, rare and original, again to mention it belonged to the same man probably.... After the introduction - that's it, or what's left of it :banger:
    5. What a happy coincidence, all Russian miniatures have slept till now in old boxes, drawers, attics and suddenly all appear for sale
    6. Very nice! Dimitar Nikolov Gostilnicharov, born in 1887 in Razgrad, Razgrad district, participated in the war 1915/1918 as a soldier in the lines of the 19th Infantry Shumenski Regiment. As a sign of gratitude and remembrance for that participation, HM the King presents him with the commemorative medal for that war, on red ribbon with black stripe, and with the right for wearing it by his wife Penka Dimitrova, living in Razgrad. 20 December 1937
    7. Don't know about these, just can comment, that is is Innovator, not Inventor. Given for improving an existing machine, production process, etc. etc. etc. whatever, rather than inventing something new.
    8. I believe the only difference between artillery and infantry is in the chinstrap buttons /lions or cannons/.
    9. Nothing can be known, unfortunately. No story, no name. But spoke about this model with some local gurus and it is in fact even more rare than I thought at first
    10. parts from the red base of the board. bloody moths :banger:
    11. Here is a very rare cavalry uniform, landed here a couple of days ago It is a combat tunic for a Leibguardian cavalry officer. Much less spectacular than their fancy red tunics, but also much more rare. The first one I ever see! Too bad for the condition, but again the rarity of the type is more important for me. It is for an officer, with metal threading on the boards and collar. Notice that, traditionally for the combat uniform of the Leibguardians, the buttons are hidden, just like the WW1 uniforms. But it is dated 1939.
    12. Last for now, a bit out of focus, but he is wearing the same uniform type like mine
    13. A portrait photo of the officer, probably a summer tunic from the same time period, like my tunic.
    14. A Police rally in the late 1930s. Notice the Police helmets with spikes  Fantastic pieces, seems only higher ranks had them, noone here has seen one preserved, these are HARD to find even on a photo! I will always hope that one piece has survived somewhere, but the chances are dim
