    1. Paddy, I personally do not like the second class. The details or not crisp enough on the obverse even if it's "heavily worn". I'm concerned about the ring. It's not really perfect as it should be. On the reverse the handle of the sickle is not fat enough. On the obverse I see some casting problems with the letters. The portraits are so worn off that we can see any good details. However, something that kind of gives it away is the small stars beside CCCP. They are too fat and too small as they should be. Look the comparison with Darrell's medal. I didn?t have time to look further the 1st class. I?ll try tonight. However, I would advise you to post pictures of your medals on the Soviet forum. That way you will have help from real experts.

    5. Anatoly, it may not be a closed theme for you. You still need to find the early type.
    6. Is # 7 a medal from Central-Asia post-1991? Is there something from Belorussia post-1991?
    7. Ed are you going to put back the medals individually since you are 100% sure that these medals didn?t belong together? I think it gives more respect to the one that earned the Bravery medal to separate his medal from other medals that didn?t belong to him. What do you think? I personally think that in this case it is ok to do so. I know you always prefer to let things the way you received them.
    8. Unfortunately it seems to be a medal bar that was "put together". Alexandr Fedorovitch Tuzov Award list : Bravery medal # 2279019 Defense of the Soviet Polar Region Victory over Germany Victory over Japan Sorry I can't help you more than that. My Russian is not good enough.
    9. I think I maybe found my own answer! http://www.medals.lava.pl/yu/yu2.htm

    11. Ok guys, I would like to request your help. Where can I find the Order of Precedence from Yugoslavian orders and medals. I need to know what's the highest Yugoslavian order, than the second, third, fourth and so on ... For example if you look the Soviet Union you have the Order of Victory that goes to the top and the Hero of the Soviet Union order and so on. I know that the highest Yugoslavian order is the Order of Freedom, but what comes next. Please any help would be appreciate! I have no information to start with. Is there a book that has this information?
    12. Very nice Sebastien! Thanks for your help and welcome to this yugoslavian sub-forum. I hope you will be able to share some more pictures from your collection.
    13. Wow, very nice Partisan order Valuk! It seems that the case is very difficult to find for this early Partisan star. Were all cases make like this one? It would be interesting to see a IKOM case as well.
    14. KimJ, that's a great return for your researches! I'm happy for you it turned to be correct!
    15. Christian, how can you be so sure with so small pictures??? Unless you have really good eyes, I don't see how you can be so convince that both are problem free. Paddy could you please provide detail scans like Darrell did? This way we can maybe help you better. You can only focus your pictures on the medal. That way you will save space to upload a 110 k picture.
    16. Oh sorry, I thought you wanted the name of the guns! Better like that, I know nothing in guns.
    17. I?m not a gun type at all, so I?ll risk myself with these answers. #1 Tokarev #3 Sniper rifle #4 AK-47 #8 Mosin-Nagant #9 PPSh-41 (my favorite model) #10 Mosin-Nagant
    18. Thanks Christian. I've already seen it, but I didn't posted here because it's an English forum. I wanted to use some pictures from the Spiegel article to ask a futur question on the question thread. I guess I should forget it since you've read it.
