Simon, I would assume so as I know who they came from. The shoulderboards are slightly dembeled. They added the mettalic letters. Best, Doc -
Soviet 30th years anniversary of army and navy
Riley1965 replied to Alfred's topic in USSR: Soviet Orders, Medals & Decorations
Andreas, In my opinion and based on evidence in the PMD it is a fake. The medal should have a round ring made as part of the medal, NOT U-shaped. Doc -
Thanks for the FANTASTIC pics of these caps!!! Are they more expensive than other caps? Doc

Riley1965 replied to PAB's topic in USSR: Soviet Orders, Medals & Decorations
Pete, He's definately getting the better part of the deal. Those OPW's don't add up to $200. Like Richie and Dave said ...All 1985's...no deal. Doc -
Knights Cross of War Merit Cross
Riley1965 replied to Gordon Williamson's topic in State, Civil Awards & Decorations
Gordon. That's BEAUTIFUL That is the one TR piece I am determined to add to my collection. I saw one, with a shorter piece of ribbon, at a gun show. He wanted $2500 for it but had it in a frame so I couldn't get a hands on look at it. I'll just keep looking. Again, A very nice piece. You are Very Lucky!!! Doc -
Tang Si, Thank You for correcting the rank!!! I am very happy with my Major's uniform!!! Doc

Here's my latest addition. I finally got around to putting it on display. Anyway, It's the tunic and Barrel Cap of a North Korean Lieutenant. The awards include: The Order of the National Flag 1st and 2nd class, Order of soldier's honor 1st and 2nd class and the Military Merit Medal. Doc
