Interesting example of "opened air bubble".

Nope. No mark in sight. So it must be enamel defect created by air bubble or by unevenness of surface

Test results

The simplest test for this O will be destroying the enamel and finding (or not finding) this mark under. Our fearless russian collegues undertook such test a couple of months ago. The specimen
