    1. I agree with Chris. Any badge with this type of post war "Souval" catch should be avoided.
    2. I was hoping you'd see this one, PK.
    3. Could you post some close-ups of the Day fighter clasp (front & back) as there are a couple of details that worry me? In fact larger pictures of all would be good.
    4. Naoki, I've reworked and merged your new set of pictures all into this one thread. Obverse.
    5. The "Assmann L/64" marked Flak Badge is quite a hard badge to find...
    6. This "PM" marked badge looks good. The catch is a little strange, perhaps repaired/replaced. There are some very good copies of these 'Meybauer' badges, so just to make sure... could you post some close-ups of the front and back?
    7. Naoki, Could we see a close-up of the label?
    8. And you have uniform in the collection, too! Very nice, Naoki.
    9. They make a great display, Bob. Thanks for letting us see them.
    10. Posting some larger pictures of the "800" marked Army Para Badge for Naoki.
    11. Just moving this back to the top after moving the last set of pictures to this thread for Naoki.
    12. Hi Naoki, I know it's difficult getting to know how the forum works when you're new to it. The best section, if you're looking for items, would be "Wanted Items".. http://gmic.co.uk/index.php?showforum=36 Regarding the 'GWL' Observer badge that you've posted... I think we discussed this badge via e-mail and came to the conclusion that it was indeed a fake, something I think you're trying to explain in this thread. I'm posting a comparison of an original (left) with the badge in question (right) so that there is no misunderstanding.
    13. Hi Naoki, I've moved the posts of you collection here, and look forward to seeing more...
    14. Indeed, a very nice P/O. "AG" = Aktiengesellschaft. Translates to "stock corporation." In Germany, all publicly traded companies are AG's, but not all AG's are publicly traded. AG's have two sets of boards -- the Vorstand, which usually consists of the CEO, CFO and other top management, and an Aufsichtsrat, which translates to "supervisory board," which has the function of overseeing management and representing the shareholders. I'm not sure how this relates to the two maker marks, perhaps before and after the company went public?
    15. Hey, "Got a bit of a schnoz and crooked toes".... that sound like me!! (although I've only got nine toes. Don't ask, it's a long story)... We must be related!
    16. These two pictures of M?lders appeared in my "Inbox" this morning... Thanks to the sender!
    17. And let us not forget their other pilot's badge...
    18. And it looks like the badge is mounted onto a set of skis...
