    1. UPDATE!!! Arrived at my door last night, the awards of the late Maior Dudàu C. Contantin, his wife found them while searching for some Christmas decorations. Apparantly he got the "In Serviciul Patriei Socialiste" clasa a III-a, for his police work in the investigation into a serial killer, (will be doing some more research into that story.) He also was a veteran of WW2. Kevin in Deva. :jumping:
    2. Any of the former Czechaslovakian Communist awards fit the bill? Kevin in Deva.
    3. IMHO I believe it to be more beneficial to use the relevant place on the forum for seeking values, http://gmic.co.uk/index.php/forum/222-members-valuation-identification-forum/ this stops specific sections of the Forum getting cluttered up with requests for valuation and identifications. Kevin in Deva.
    4. There is a specific part of the Forum where questions regarding values can be posted. Thank you. Kevin in Deva.
    5. What about the "other" version of the early WW1 victory medal ribbon, that some times can be seen in period pictures? Kevin in Deva.

    10. Picked this up recently and was wondering is the marking "P.G." on the left breast pocket indicative of a P.O.W. status? P.G = Prisonnier de Guerre? Hungarian soldier I gather from the info on the rear of the card. Kevin in Deva.
    11. http://gmic.co.uk/index.php/topic/52265-romanian-royal-medal-bar-with-3rd-reich-items/ please follow link to avoid posting twice. Kevin in Deva.
    12. Second Bar:- 1. Missing Romanian Order of the Star of Romania with swords on Military Virtue ribbon.* 2. Romanian Order of the Crown of Romania with swords on Military Virtue ribbon. 3. Romanian Officers Military Service Medal for 18- 25 years service. 4. Romanian Commemorative Cross for WW1. 5. Missing Romanian Commemorative Medal Centenary of Carol I. * * my guess. Kevin in Deva.
    13. Romanian Royal Medal Bar with 3rd Reich items. Glad to have my camera with me while visiting a friend today as he showed me these:- A Romanian mini ribbon bar & large size medals to a Romanian Soldier in WW2 who saw service in Crimea. Missing medals include:- Romanian Order of the Crown of Romania with Swords on Military Virtue Ribbon. Romanian Commemorative Cross for WW1. Romanian Commemorative Medal centenary of Carol I The missing items can be quite easily replaced. Interestingly the E.K. II Ose and Russian Front Medal Ose carry no maker mark on the rings.
