This Medal bar will be sold on eBay.de tonight. The seller is "luge1952". http://www.ebay.de/itm/221139798820?ssPageName=STRK:MESINDXX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1436.l2649#ht_500wt_1287 The bar is the same that I’ve showed above, but both awards were replaced. Besides, the back side of the medal bar was sewn anew. Be careful!

Hello Gents, this medal bar was sold on eBay.de by our "favourite" seller "sammler-arsenal" in September. http://www.ebay.de/itm/180966756307?nma=true&si=ibEIetEcvwUPgSTeMZzKJH7EyqI%3D&rt=nc&_trksid=p4340.l2557&orig_cvip=true#ht_2766wt_1037 Despite bad reputation of the seller, the medal bar look's like quite original (at least I don't see obvious signs of a fake here).

Hello Troy, Don't you really see the difference? There are the same medal bar in the pictures. In the post#107 - the original medal bar sold several months ago on eBay.de. In the post#106 - the Cross of Honor (the second position) was removed from the original medal bar and the SEHO-medal was added on this position. The lining of the rear side was sewn anew by the faker. Best regards Sergio.

Hello Gentlemen! Want to buy this Baden's medal bar with the Merit Cross of the Order of the Zahringer Lion on Military-Karl-Friedrich Medal ribbon. It seems to be the original one for me. But what do you think about the originality of the medal bar and particularly the Merit Cross. Thanks in advance

The second one: An interesting combination with "Silesian eagle" + Kyffheuserbund + Bavarian LS + Prussian centenary medal. As it seems to me, the winner was conscripted into the military service about 1897 in one of the Bavarian units in Alsace-Lorraine (or in Bay.I.R. 6, Bay. Ul.R. 1, Bay. Ch.R. 3 ...). In 1914 he was called up for military service again. It's odd that he have no any Bavarian awards for merit or service in WWI. In 1919 the winner took part in defence of Upper Silesia But it's just my version of a story . The medal bar was made outside of Bavaria - in Halle (Saale) by Gustav Uhlig.

Hello Gents, I've recently bought some Bavarian medal bars with interesting combination. Thanks in advance for any comments The first one: there are two non-bavarian merit awards - Prussian and Wurttembergian - in absence of Bavarian MVK or something else for merit. A little bit odd, but (as it seems to me) possible.
