The second letter of the second word is "Ч" and not "Ж": http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Traditional_Mongolian_alphabet

"Тэргүүний аЖилтан" is not correctly. The right is "тэргүүний аЧилтан" - the outstanding graduate (alumnus).
