From the backing, I would presume this is a navy guy, but the 4th and 5th ribbons from the left are a bit confusing to me. The 4th one appears to be the Austrian Crown Order, but the device doesn't seem correct. The 5th ribbon has a "braided" white edges next to the black stripes???
