bsweeney Posted April 22, 2007 Posted April 22, 2007 Lucky for me I am in the USA and am able to own this beautiful gun in it's original splendor! Who among us would want to de-activate this beauty? Enjoy the pics and don't forget to comment.More guns to come!Bill in America...........
Chris Boonzaier Posted April 22, 2007 Posted April 22, 2007 Have a non deactivated one and live in Germany... where is this supposed to lead
bsweeney Posted April 22, 2007 Author Posted April 22, 2007 Is it suppose to lead somewhere? I thought this is a site where we share common interests, I am just sharing photos of what I feel is nice gun with others that are suppose to be into them. My point was for those who live where guns are mandated to be de-activated and the shame it is. Nothing Personal!
Paul R Posted April 23, 2007 Posted April 23, 2007 That is a beautiful pistol. It looks like it came right off the assembly line! Lets see your other pieces!RegardsPaul
pmercer Posted September 5, 2007 Posted September 5, 2007 Very nice. I managed to get hold of a 'PP Super' in 9x18 which is very similar last year in Canada and bring it back to the UK. Unfortunately I couldn't get hod of any ammunition to put through it. Do you shoot yours or do you keep it mainly for presperity?Paul

joe campbell Posted October 13, 2007 Posted October 13, 2007 the browning hi-power is, IMHO, the finest ofthe 9 mm handguns ever made....personal first choice, however, is the 1911A.45. almost 45 years ago, while mowingmr foltz' lawn, i went in for a cool drink and CAPTFoltz had his mounted on the wall in his study...told me it was what saved his life when a "banzai"charge almost overwhelmed his headquarters area in the south pacific. said it had "stopping power" .....that scenario still leaves me pondering.... imagine the impression it left on a 10 year old boy.....joe
