    btw I can?t recognize if the Waldeck Officers cross is with or without X, but I?m certain Daniel knows ;)

    Yes, he can :rolleyes:

    Krenzlin received a non-swords Waldeck officers cross IN WW1! There are some awards without swords to rear-area guys.

    Best of all, he is listed in no less than THREE soon-to-be-published award rolls:

    Saxe-Weimar 1914-1919 (never published before)

    The Combined Ernestine Duchies 1914-1918 (Coburg and Meiningen never published before)

    and

    Waldeck 1914-1918, 2nd Edition.

    The time grows short when you people will still be able to say "I knew him before he was a published author." :rolleyes:
