Soviet My Christmas gift

Because I'm sure my girlfriend is not going to give me any medals for Christmas, I decided to buy myself a small Glory III documented group. This one was awarded to Philipp Prokonevich Shvedov. I'm not sure if I have transliterated it well.

Research was asked for over a year ago from the previous owner. If it ever comes, I'll post it here.
