This flew in yesterday to visit and have its portrait taken by the Magic Epson.

I guess you could say I'm a scanning paparazzo, now. How the Black Eagle was enamelled in what appears to be virtually 3D is beyond me. All I know is that this is and I haven't ever had such pretty visitors.

Scanned at 200% so the proportions are the same for this and the Hanoverian Saint George with Garter band that also came by to have its portrait taken.

Ach du Lieber, stop the torture. That is simply stunning. Any idea whom the recipient was? Perhaps the same guy as the Hanoverian order?
