Medal for Friendship and Co-Operation with the Peoples Republic of Bulgaria

Instituted in December 1977 awarded to foreign nationals and organisations in small number ?

I haven?t got any number of issued pieces but this is one of the scarce medals probably because they all went to foreginers ?

Do anyone have a pic of it ? With such a rare award it should be a rather elegant one.

or maybe its the opposite and just a plain paper?
