The pin arraingement suggests normal wear, not frack.

I think this one is interesting. the ribbons, wrap-style, backing, etc. are all spot-on, even if the precedence is not. But that's based strictly on the lousy images shown. The precedence is anything but correct, whether frack bar or not.
