seb16trs
hello, I believe this order is not common - I'm not original stating that. Do you have any infos about awarding statistics?
Carol I
hello, I believe this order is not commonYou are quite right. The "Victory of Socialism" was a one-class order established in 1971 and awarded together with the title of "Hero of the Socialist Republic of Romania" (if I remember right). Carol I
so in this configuration/combination, we could consider it as an equivalent of the series of orders of Lenin/Dimitrov/Karl Marx/Gottwald and Ho Chi Minh?Theoretically, yes. Practically... Romania did not have that many "Heroes". ;)
Anatoly13
This award had also representation functions. It often handed over to the first persons of the friendly states, heads of delegations. In particular Tito, Brezhnev have been awarded.
