Guest Rick Research
Range is correct. MStMV2 19.07.15 (#683) Lt dR II/ GR 89.THREE rolls have him-- HOH3X, -Schwerin, and -Strelitz-- and NONE of them show his first name! Aaaaagh. No first name (of course ) when his commission was gazetted on column 723 of the Milit?r Wochenblatt of 11 February 1915:Date of rank was 27 January 1915-- among the HUGE number of officers commissioned or promoted on the Kaiser's first "war birthday."
