Stogieman Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 Close-up of Dimitrov Order. Last/Final type. Note that it has been defaced!
Stogieman Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 Now... I have to ask because my twin asks.... If the Bulgarian Mint continued to use an archaic gold mark (A-4 under the crown).... why are there no examples that I have handled, seen or seen pictures of that bear a gold hallmark??
Anatoly13 Posted August 24, 2009 Posted August 24, 2009 This is original document latest variant. I never seen the same doc before so I have begun to doubt. Sorry for that! Constantly open for yourself something new Congrats - very nice set!
bolgarin Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 Its original document last emission. Very rare item.......Often with this document to the awarded person was given additional booklet. I will be at home in a couple of weeks and will show it..... My congrats. Rare document
bolgarin Posted August 25, 2009 Posted August 25, 2009 At last period of soc. Bulgaria to those who received Hero of soc Labour were given 3 docs. First - standart booklet that was shown in the begining of the topic, second that were called by Anantoly "strange document" and third - that i will show after couple of weeks.....
Stogieman Posted January 26, 2010 Posted January 26, 2010 Here's a different example of a Hero Labor Document. I have heard this called a "luxury" type. Group included this document in a large, heavy folder, ribbon in the center to hold the documents. Embossed gold cover page with embossed gold perimeter band, the document and an original of the ukaz. (translation help greatly appreciated)
Theodor Posted January 26, 2010 Posted January 26, 2010 (edited) DECREE 242 The State Council of Peoples Republic Bulgaria, on article 93 pt. 24 from the Constitution and article 18 from the Decree for spiritual stimulation in Peoples Republic Bulgaria Makes the decree: Honours the title Hero of the Socialist Labour the comrade Yordan Iliel Penov from the town of Mihaylovgrad, for active participation in the struggle against the fascism and the capitalism and for the building of socialism and in relation to his 80 birthday. Theodor Posted January 26, 2010 Posted January 26, 2010 Both documents say the same, except that the second one is missing the mention of the strange "Decree for spiritual stimulation"
