Gordon Williamson Posted July 18, 2009 Posted July 18, 2009 ...arrived today. Nice character piece which had been hand vaulted by its owner.Only thing better than getting a nice Juncker is getting it from a dealer at around half the price it should have been

JEANNOT Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 Reverse Hi Gordon, I have exactly the same and vaulted by the owner is a great badge i think, and not expensive for his quality, a few weeks ago i buy your book, congrats, is a great work best regards
John R Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 Remember, the "scratch" marks to the right of the hinge pin head were caused when they made the badge and forced the pin into the hinge. John
Gordon Williamson Posted July 30, 2009 Author Posted July 30, 2009 this is mine, vaulted by his owner Another beautiful example !

Gordon Williamson Posted August 2, 2009 Author Posted August 2, 2009 Interesting John, i cannot view images here on the KM forum but i can in the "Wanted" sales area, where i have responded to a thread? Cheers,Martin. Martin, What you are seeing in the sales area are newly posted images. After the move to the new server, frsehly posted individual images could be put up and would be seen immediately as they only take a second or two to upload. The size of the huge bulk of existing photos on the data base is huge and takes longer to upload. Nick is hoping these should start to re-appear by the end of the weekend - (i.e., later today) Just to prove the point, I'll add another photo now and it should appear immediately. Here is the "über-Juncker", the fabulous early example with cut-out Swastika and deck gun, and Screwback ! Photo courtesy Helmut Weitze, Badge is I believe now in Michel's collection.
Gordon Williamson Posted August 2, 2009 Author Posted August 2, 2009 Yup, works fine. So any new thread will appear as normal with all images in place. Existing pre-change over images will re-appear shortly - nothing has been lost.
JEANNOT Posted August 2, 2009 Posted August 2, 2009 Gordon, thanks for the explanation and pics of this fantastic badge
Martin W Posted August 2, 2009 Posted August 2, 2009 Thanks for the explanation Gordon. I see the badge now and it is an absolute stunner. Super example. If i add another U-Boot badge to my collection it will most certainly be one of these Junckers. Regards,Martin.
