Christian L Posted September 3, 2009 Posted September 3, 2009 Very nice bar! And regarding the battle clasps - exactly the style (maker) which are very often found on Württemberg bars from the war 1870/71.
Ulan Posted September 3, 2009 Posted September 3, 2009 Hello Ulieb, that is a very interesting medalbar indeed! Especially the Friedrichsorden AFAIK is a very rare piece to get - congrats I wasn't aware that the Friedrichsorden was also done in gold. Regards Ulan
CRBeery Posted September 4, 2009 Posted September 4, 2009 (edited) Do you think these two ever met? My century medal looks out of place compared to the printzen one. Very nice bar you have! Edited September 4, 2009 by CRBeery

Regards Ulan Actually, according to Hessenthal/Schreiber, this medal should be silver gilt; and yes, these medals do seem to be surprisingly rare.
