This award document has been sold on ebay recently, and despite I'm neither the seller nor could afford to buy it, I think it's fine to add it to this thread, especially as it's a completely different type than the one shown by Rick back in 2009:

I took the liberty to incorporate a short thread started by MichaW in 2010 into this thread, and changed the headline slightly for better search results and thus, better future reference. By the way, might someone have something to add? I'm not quite sure if have ever seen one in wear... ?!

I think I know the new owner of this cross. It’s identical even with the distorted pin catch. 

It looks to be identical to the one Saschaw had.
