Hoping by posting here I might find someone who has more info, may have seen the same or similar before or may be able to give at least a rough idea of value. I hope posting it here is okay... I could have gone with general awards although it really doesn't fit there... it's not strictly militaria in the truest sense but it does indeed show the IC so hoping that makes it a good fit here.
