M Hunter
Gents, This EK1 OK? The cross is magnetic and slightly vaulted. It is the reverse that puzzles me. I have never seen one like it. Is this an acceptable example? My thanks Matt
M Hunter
And the reverse. Is the screw fastener missing? Edited November 16, 2009 by M Hunter
Mike K
Hi Matt, The cross appears genuine but the screwnut may be a replacement and it is missing a large diameter disc, as evidenced by the circular marks on the outer arms. Chris Boonzaier
I am guessing there should be 1)Cross 2)backplate 3)Screw with 2) now missing. Best Chris

Stogieman
Not unusual at all to find a nice, worn EK1 missing the attachment(s). I agree the cross looks legit and someone has substituted the screw-nut... if it even actually turns down! Personally, for all the mint-boxed pieces I have had over the years it's the ones that look like this that really "speak".
