What is the maker mark on the pin?

I have looked at this cross and I believe that it is a Flock. This is the early version of the pin and these are much harder to detect. Wait for others to reply before you get rid of it but if you are in a short return period I would send it back if possible.

It is definately not an L15 as the plate for the pin should be an oval. Here is an L15 w/o swords
