Gordon Williamson Posted April 10, 2005 Posted April 10, 2005 Well, for once I didn't get the "Sorry sold" message from Detlev, and this little Zimmermann beauty will soon be winging its way to Scotland.

Dave B Posted April 10, 2005 Posted April 10, 2005 Well, for once I didn't get the "Sorry sold" message from Detlev, and this little Zimmermann beauty will soon be winging its way to Scotland. ←Congrats Gordon, nice cross mate!! wub.gif Dave

Laurence Strong Posted April 10, 2005 Author Posted April 10, 2005 The MM. Did you just get that one Andy?
ANDY BUTKUS Posted April 10, 2005 Posted April 10, 2005 Thanks Laurence...That was the one that got me hooked... jumping Here's a unmarked example that Jim will remember....
Jim Baker Posted April 10, 2005 Posted April 10, 2005 Hmmmmm.........I remember a couple of these. Andy, whatever you do, don't lose that little pin!!! God, that would be a booger to find in the carpet!!!
ANDY BUTKUS Posted April 10, 2005 Posted April 10, 2005 Don't worry Jim i'm well aware of that little pin...I have it in a rikers case an i rarely handle it...
Laurence Strong Posted April 10, 2005 Author Posted April 10, 2005 Funny you mention that Andy, my L15 with swords was the first for me too, must be something in them I sure like your rykers case, Where did you say you lived............. cheeky
Jim Baker Posted April 10, 2005 Posted April 10, 2005 Yes Sir, I saw that over at the other place. Looking good. You know Darrell has a nice 1st w/swords for sale and very reasonabally priced.
ANDY BUTKUS Posted April 10, 2005 Posted April 10, 2005 Laurence it's a long walk to my place from where you are.. cheeky Jim i have a few more purchases pending but i have my eye on Darrell's cross..
Gordon Williamson Posted April 10, 2005 Posted April 10, 2005 Very nice. You know, I was very happy with my little sample collection of these KVK's,And quite rightly too ! I don't buy into the "Quality vs Quantity" bull that is often spouted by some. I have in the past on occasion traded Knight's Crosses away for interesting groupings of "lesser" items, and would do so again in a heartbeat if the right stuff came along. Of all the pieces I consider my "favourites", the Knight's Crosses I have aren't even in the top ten.
Laurence Strong Posted April 10, 2005 Author Posted April 10, 2005 Yes, well my sister lives in Quyon, and I have to go out there sometime this summer to split up Mom and Dads stuff, so maybe I will drop in and say hi on my way by.
