Bavarian 9-Place Ribbon Bar

Recently won this from eBay. I cannot figure out 2 things:

-What is the 5th Ribbon? (Mecklenburg?)

-Why are there 2 Long service ribbons?

Any help is much appreicated.

I had first thought the 5th ribbon was the Mecklenburg Cross of Merit, but it has blue lines which this ribbon does not.

This was my first thought also but upon closer inspection both ribbons are identical. The Firebrigade ribbon has quite a number of blue and white stripes....my ribbons definately have a "thick" stripe in the middle though this is hard to see due to the ribbon folds.

The questionable ribbon is the Mecklenburg non-combattant Military merit cross.

Would perfectly fit to the Bavarian MVO with the non-com ribbon.

2 long service awards - why not? Maybe one active and one reserve.

Thanks Daniel! Yeh i am really glad i won it. I bought because the 5th ribbon intrigued me and i also the faded colour of the Anschluss ribbon....weird but true!!
