Stogieman Posted February 24, 2011 Posted February 24, 2011 Sergio, are there any marks on the bottom arm of your cross?
Sergio Posted February 24, 2011 Author Posted February 24, 2011 Sergio, are there any marks on the bottom arm of your cross? Hello Stogieman! As far as I know, there are no any marks.
Stogieman Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 Another, all of these images are from my Saxon collection archive photos. If memory serves, the late war crosses were one piece and not marked for silver content. Having said that; there's a couple little oddities on your cross that look like die flaws i have not seen before, or they may just be knocks from wear. Is it possible to get a high density, flat-on image of the front and reverse of the cross? It should slide right off the bar it's mounted on ribbon and all.
dond Posted November 24, 2011 Posted November 24, 2011 Anyone know where I can find one? I have a bar that I'm trying to restore.....
