Würtemberg Offz with BMVK ?

Here is a Photo with Uoffz from Ers Batl 123 ravensburg October 1915 .

The man in the middle with a cross on him is Anton Frick and in two years time he will be killed an leaving a young wife and two daughters behind

But now I´m not wondering about Anton, I am curios about the Officer beside him.

A würtemberg Officer with BMVK 1 .... or BMVK 2 ?? There cant be that many candidates , He also have som other awards, could anyone see what rank he have ?

With the Rolls for Non Würtemberg awards to Würtemberger published I should be able to find him.
