Chris Boonzaier
Could that be a KVK2, the back filed flat, silvered, and turned into a KVK1 ??

speedytop
Hi, "... the back filed flat" Do the impressed lines speak for a filed piece? This is the so called "Souval-Klaue (Souval claw)", sometimes combined with the impressed L/58 mark, both signify post war Souval (Vienna/Austria). Chris Boonzaier
Hi, "... the back filed flat" Do the impressed lines speak for a filed piece? Just looking at a KVK2, you are right, probably not. speedytop
Your question: "so, is this one of the special versions of KvK 1?" My answer, see above: "... post war Souval ..." Is a not original version (copy, fake etc.) a special version for you? Uwe
