    Robert,

I like your ceramic tinnie of the NSV, National socialistische Volkswohlfahrt. On the second tinnie is the historical important Potsdammer Garnisonskirche depicted in the background , where the meeting was kept for the first time in 1933. Perhaps someone else knows more about the shaking hands and the two shields.

    Here...Greetings from Bramberg !!

Yours is much older than mine.

    Cheers,

    Benten

I haven?t seen them before Robert, so I?m glad you post the tinnies.

The first one?..works (?) exhibition in the industrial Ruhrgebiet ( region) on the highest level, Reichs exibition in D?sseldorf. Interesting to see they mentioned D?sseldorf as Schlageter Stadt as a rememberance to Leo Schlageter.

The second tinnie . Gauburg Hohenwerfen is situated in nearby Salzburg, Austria. It became in 1938 the status GAU- burg of the region Salzburg. So the tinnie could be a inauguration tinnie on that date . The place became a NSDAP education centre :speechless::speechless: . Here a picture I found . I think it's really an impressive castle.

Robert, very nice design tinnie and ?Gesunde Frauen durch Leibes?bungen? ; Healthy Women through Gymnastics. ...... :jumping::jumping: ...... in Gothic script.

The design could be a wing with a swastika.

Here a picture of a poster from the National Propaganda Week 7.-13. October 1934. The spontaneous way of the composition and behaviour...the picture could be one of a commercial nowadays.

benten Do you know if the castle Hohenwerfen you show in the picture would be open to the public? I wonder about this because a gentlemen I work with lives a short drive from Salzburg. He lives here is the US now but still owns a home in Austria. Are castles such as these privately owned or municipal? I would give anything to spend the night in a place such as this. Anyway, another tinnie. VDA Tag des Deutchen sp.? Volkstums. Do you know what that letter is between the c and the t? Robert

Robert, the VDA tinnie; text "Tag des Deutschen Volkstums". ....your question ...... The Gothic ?s? is a bit confusing, it looks like an ? f?, but it is an "s".

Above on this tinnie I recognize the cornflower that you see on many VDA tinnies

I found this link about Castle, Burg Hohenwerfen; http://www.ennstalerhof.com/en/burg-hohenwerfen.shtml

You can have a good time there :

I've always been a bit wary of these enamels, but this one is OK.

There is a slight chip to the enamel at the 12 o'clock position
