Chris Boonzaier Posted December 16, 2012 Author Posted December 16, 2012 Very nice... here is another one?
Chip Posted December 17, 2012 Posted December 17, 2012 (edited) Nice photo Andreas! It's good to see one that shows an officer's version. My cloth example is black velvet with silver wire border and letters. It belonged to a Saxon officer. I have a pair of his shoulder boards too. Chip Edited December 17, 2012 by Chip
Spandau Posted March 23, 2017 Posted March 23, 2017 Beautiful set of MW tools (and tool box). Are these yours or is this from a museum? I'd love to see more pictures.
Chris Boonzaier Posted March 23, 2017 Author Posted March 23, 2017 Hi, It is in my museum basement! :-)

Chip Hi Chip It's the first time I see such item, could you show us the shoulderboards please. Everything saxon interest me. Thanks Christophe
Chip Posted September 29, 2017 Posted September 29, 2017 Hello Christophe, The officer's boards that came with this patch are his from after the introduction of the "MW" for shoulder boards. This introduction meant that the sleeve patches were no longer needed and they were quickly discontinued. I suppose that is one reason the patches are so rare to find today. This is half of a pair (the other is in a frame). Chip
