speedytop Posted January 9, 2012 Posted January 9, 2012 Naxos, I nearly always accept your transcription, but not here! Your text: Nach 14 Monaten kotzte er ein Stück Hosenträger aus von 2,5 cm Correct is: Nach 14 Monaten hustet er ein Stück Hosenträger aus von 2,5 cm The result is the same, but in more polite words. ... and after 14 month he coughs up a piece of his suspenders .. Naxos Posted January 9, 2012 Posted January 9, 2012 (edited) I used a bit of poetic licence to bring out the Münchhausenesque character of the story. . Edited January 9, 2012 by Naxos
Thomas W Posted January 9, 2012 Author Posted January 9, 2012 Coughed or puked, it's still disgusting.
Chris Boonzaier Posted January 9, 2012 Posted January 9, 2012 Coughed or puked, it's still disgusting. Well... could be worse.... farting it would have made him the miracle man...
Thomas W Posted January 9, 2012 Author Posted January 9, 2012 He fathered six children and lived to be 64, so he was pretty much a miracle man anyway.
Thomas W Posted January 9, 2012 Author Posted January 9, 2012 By the way, can anybody tell me the battalion that Garde Pionier Ernst Gorontzi was in? Would he be on a Rangliste by any chance?
