While a group to a sniper has a certain appeal over many other categories, it goes far beyond that. 1. What are the awards? 2. What were they awarded for and when? 3. Are there any significant types or variations among them? 4. What documentation is included? All of these factors, and some that I have probably left out, will determine value.
