I have come across this ribbon bar for sale.

I think the ribbons are very clean and the backing is sloppy.

What do you think?

Possibly of modern day manufacture, with period ribbon,

a few people are making these and offering them for sale on evil-bay,

no way to track them after they get bought, or resold on.

I doubt very much that this is real. Condition, the combination, the very shiny polizei device pinned through the backing.....

My thoughts are that this first one is a reproduction as well. I would be very uncomfortable with it in my collection.
