Although this image is listed by BPK as being Prussian Kriegsminister GdI Heinrich von Gossler, it sure looks

like a PLM he's wearing.

Is he instead a match for 11.ID commander GL Konrad von Gossler (VI.RK commander on MTag and PLM 10.08.1916)?

Hi,

General Konrad von Goßler received the Pour le Mérite on 10 August 1916.

He died on 1st February 1933.

I would hazard the opinion that, that is Konrad v. Goßler. Here is a portrait of the General from the time he was commanding 4. GRzF.
