Obviously as an officer he had no cap tally, but I looked for a Bernd von Arnim Tally to display with his stuff for almost a decade before Gordon Williamson came up with this beauty.

Hi,

The blockade breaker was a late award, but dates from the beginning of the war, partially prewar time. He was on one of the Navy supply ships for the battleships that left german waters just before the outbreak of the war. He was on the Westerwald. They were disguised as a Norweigian ship.
