Chris Boonzaier Posted January 23, 2013 Posted January 23, 2013 I found this little gem on Ebay.... the ribbon is quite wide if i had found a length i would have assumed for Austrian mounting... As you can see, it clips over and it could be clipped around a ribbon bar or something.... is it some kind of Austrian mounting system for wearing a ribbon?
