    Comrade Priymak has been serving with the army's Quartermaster Supply Section since April 1945, having been transferred from the officers' reserve of the army's Personnel Section. Being an old and experienced administrator, he was appointed chief of the procurement group tasked with procuring agricultural products and meat in Polish and German territory.

    Heading the procurement group during this period, comrade Priymak showed himself an excellent procurement organizer. He properly assigned his subordinate officers and soldiers and under his leadership 310 heads of cattle and 200 tons of food grain were procured.

    Comrade Priymak is a disciplined and cultured officer. He is morally stalwart and capably of keeping military secrets.

    He is dedicated to the Party of Lenin and Stalin and the socialist motherland. He deserves the Order of the Red Star.

    That's the line that interested me the most.

    I read it as "Comrade Primyak is well aware of how little food we have, but he won't let anyone else know how up the creek we are. Here's an Order for keeping schtum"

    That is a unique and awesome write up. Lots of great long service awards too(Combat Service Medal, ORS, and ORB).
