JapanX Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
paul wood Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 So will the Industrial strength vodka be measured to me again (preferably at the weekend).Paul
JapanX Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find
paul wood Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 Your knowledge of scripture is impressive (nearly as good as Stalins, if he had entered the priesthood what would the world be like). As an ex theological student it is nice to here scripture quoted as it has disappeared largely from day to day English. I was at Newcastle University and our faculty motto was "Newcastle University Divinity Department, living proof the Devil can quote Scripture." But to quote our Lord I must depart "I Thirst."Paul
JapanX Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 As an ex theological student it is nice to here scripture quoted as it has disappeared largely from day to day English. Sad but true. In a very ungodly time we are living! Pagan entertainment events are all around us ... Take for example this recent Olympics
kaguyahime Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. Exactly! Nothing to add.
