JapanX Posted July 17, 2013 Author Posted July 17, 2013 Unknown (to me it is ) Cavalier of St.Stanislaus
JapanX Posted July 17, 2013 Author Posted July 17, 2013 Gorgeous veteran of franco-prussian war with St. Stanislaus. Unfortunately I can`t make out the inscription ...
JapanX Posted July 17, 2013 Author Posted July 17, 2013 Unknown Cavalier of Order of St. Anna (4th class)
Leutwein Posted July 17, 2013 Posted July 17, 2013 Another cavalier of St. Stanislaus Nice to see an earlier photo of Kanzlei-Inspekteur im Militär-Kabinett Hugo Streit. Thanks for posting it. Here is a later photo of him with a bigger medal bar. Best wishes Karsten
Leutwein Posted July 18, 2013 Posted July 18, 2013 (edited) Another one with an interesting medal-bar. The wearer is Forstmeister and Hauptmann der Landwehr Pogge. During the boxer-rebellion he was member of the "Reitende Feldjäger". Curios to see that he received decorations (for his service during the boxer-rebellion) from Russia and Italia but nothing from Prussia Best wishes Karsten Edited July 18, 2013 by Leutwein
JapanX Posted July 18, 2013 Author Posted July 18, 2013 (edited) Excellent photo Karsten! St.Stanislaus with swords is for boxer rebellion no doubt Best, Nick Edited July 18, 2013 by JapanX
