Looks like школы прапорщиков, комплектовавшейся из студентов высших учебных заведений. But the N2 crest ist is much simpler on yours. So I would think it's not good. But maybe some knows more?

It would certainly be covered with Tsarist silver hallmarks if it was a real Ensigns' School badge.

    Hi,

    thank you both for replays!

for my knowlodge, is there any chance that some of these badges to come out without silver stamps?
i dont contest your knowlodge, i am only asking.

also, i have seen different shields, letters, with different enamel colors on at this type of badge, some with enamel some with out.

and i read somwhere that they where for , Ifantry and also other arms too so from there the different shilds.

    is this info true?

thank you againf for your time,

    Al

This type of badge, or this specific badge?

All pictures I've found on the web of this specific badge had a bigger green enamel shield.

There are numerous varieties of ensigns badges, as to hallmarks, is it definitely silver or is it silvered metal, quite frequently found on late Imperial badges and therefore not hallmarked. I would not dismiss the badge out of hand.

This is of course Praporshchik School Badge.

Made in bronze (?) or is it patinated silver (?)

Such badges were made in silver (marked), silver (unmarked) and bronze.

This one was made before 1917 and certainly before provisional government times (crowns ;)).

The real question to what praporshchik school this badge belong to ...

The key for identification is this shield ...

Obviously it is 2nd H School (although usually it is 2 not II)

By what for this H stands for?

    Nikolayevsk?

    Nikolayevskoe (very unlikely ...)?

    Go figure...

Another scenario H II stands for Nicholas II.

But why then such strange form of H and not a standart monogram of Nicholas II?

    Well, there were 144 (!!!) schools ;)
