Some of these Red Cross medals were awarded to foreigners as well, I saw especially some to Germans. On ebay, there's acurrently a miniature chain offered that includes this award. The fitting ribbon bar doesn't include the Russian awards, however. It probably dates from the "Great War" period, when many decided not to wear awards from their now-enemies anymore... This man is a living Buddha. After his death, the body does not rot. Putin once went to the temple to see his "Holy Body". The Chinese name of this person is "Ji Liantai", the Russian rich man in the Russian state, and was recognized in the Japanese-Russian War. After the end of World War I, he was arrested by the Soviet Red Army and died on the way to exile. I only have this information.
