Chuck In Oregon Posted November 24, 2013 Posted November 24, 2013 I received this small Georgian MOPR badge as a gift earlier this month. I thought I'd share it here because I don't remember any republican MOPR badges. Obviously, there were some. Anyone else have any? I'm pretty sure we have some MOPR collectors here. Enjoy.
JapanX Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 Interesting and pretty rare badge Chuck! So called "Plate collection badge of Georgean MOPR" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Red_Aid One of two known variations. Here how another variant looks like
JapanX Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 Both badges were manufactured in 20s. Material - brass + paint. That`s why sometimes these badges completely lost all "colors" Like this one
JapanX Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 Freedom to prisoners of capital! Fgainst the white terror, fascism and danger of war! Nice!
GHB Posted October 13, 2014 Posted October 13, 2014 What this string needs is a ""regular" MOPR badge. (I was looking for my MORP document but could not find them but will keep looking. I have the document that includes basically the Ukaz as shown by Japan, but I got it 15 years ago and have to dig deeper in the piles in my Man Cave/Den to find it). Regular MOPR follows:
GHB Posted October 13, 2014 Posted October 13, 2014 This does not state "MOPR" but the images are the same. This badge is in silver.
